 Two (2) original, signed copies of the proposal and one digital copy on a flashdrive 

must be placed in a sealed envelope and shall be marked 

 “SEALED PROPOSAL – Professional Janitorial Services 2023-2026”

The Village is soliciting proposals for the routine janitorial services for four (4) Village owned facilities.  It is the Village’s intention through this agreement to contract for two (2) porters. The Porters will be assigned to an eight-hour work shift with Porters #1 beginning at 7:00 a.m. and Porter #2 beginning at 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

Mandatory pre-bid site tour is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.  All interested bidders must attend the site tour, failure to do so will result in disqualification of bid. Tour will begin at 200 N. River Street, and contractors will be responsible for their own transportation between facility sites.
