Grievance Procedure under the Americans with Disabilities Act
This Grievance Procedure was established to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements of 2010. It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination based on disability in providing services, activities, programs, or benefits by the Village of Montgomery. The Village's Employee Policy Manual governs employment-related complaints of disability discrimination.
