Village Hall Multi-Purpose Room
The Village Hall Multi-Purpose Room is located on the lower level of the building and is available for meetings and functions associated with the Village of Montgomery, local government entities, groups dedicated to the promotion of civic, cultural, educational, and informational needs of the community, and local businesses.
This room rental is for Montgomery-residents and Montgomery business owners. Non-residents and non-Village related groups are not permitted.
Groups interested in applying for use of this space should complete a Room Reservation Inquiry Form. Once inquiries are received and reviewed, eligible applicants will receive a Village Hall Room Rental Application along with the next steps. Meetings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The room may be reserved no less than 30-days in advance, and no more than six months in advance.
No reservation is considered complete until a confirmation email is received and a reservation contract is signed and recorded by the Deputy Clerk.

ROOM RESERVATIONS RULES & REGULATIONS
- Rooms may only be used by Montgomery Residents, local non-profit organizations, governmental entities, and Montgomery-based HOAs.
- Groups wishing to reserve meeting space must complete the required application, in addition to reviewing and agreeing to the Village rental policy.
- There is no fee associated with reserving the room; however, a refundable $50 deposit is required as part of the contract process. The Village reserves the right to waive the room deposit for government entities and registered 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
- Recommended capacity of the room is 60 people.
- Reservations may take place between 8A-10P Monday through Friday and from 8A-5P on Saturdays.
- Alcohol, animals, and smoking are prohibited in and around the Village buildings and property.
- Food, when applicable and permitted, should be prepared off-site in a commercial kitchen.
- Meeting participants are to remain in the assigned room or the immediately adjacent restrooms located on the lower-level.
- Groups are responsible for room setup and cleanup. No additional furniture or equipment other than that already available in the meeting room will be provided.
- Renters are to clean the room in its entirety following use, and return the room to its original or an improved state.
- Nails, tacks, tape, etc., are not to be used on the walls, tables, or other furniture in the room. Any damage to the room will be the responsibility of the individual reserving the room.
- Groups are permitted to utilize the Multi-Purpose Room a maximum of two (2) times per month.
- Failure to comply with all of the rules and regulations outlined in the Village of Montgomery Multi-Purpose Room Use Policy adopted by the Village Board will result in denial of future requests to use the facility and loss of deposits.
- Each organization/group using the Multi-Purpose Room is responsible for reimbursing the Village for any and all damage done or presumed to have been done to Village-owned furniture, equipment and/or the facility.
- Village employees are not available for porter service, custodial assistance, operation of equipment, attendance taking, the arrangement of tables, chairs, or exhibits, and/or other forms of assistance including but not limited to set-up, tear-down, and clean-up.
- The Village reserves the right to cancel meetings and reservations, if an emergency arises or for necessary Village business, a reasonable effort will be made to promptly contact the group (via phone or email) and reschedule the reservation.
