Due to the storm and heavy winds experienced Thursday, Public Works will begin a special brush pickup on Monday, May 20th, 2019. This pickup is specifically for brush due to the recent storm. Crews will conduct one sweep throughout the entire Village. Brush must be stacked neatly in the Parkway, piled in one direction, unbundled, with the larger trunk portions or cut ends facing the street. For safety reasons, branches must be no smaller than 1 inch and not larger than 4 inches in diameter, and at least 3 feet or longer in length. Brush piles should not obstruct the sidewalk. Regular brush collection rules apply.
