On Tuesday, August 1st, neighborhoods throughout Montgomery are invited to join forces with the Montgomery Police Department and local fire protection districts (Oswego, Sugar Grove, Bristol Kendall, Montgomery, & Aurora Township) for National Night Out. National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit, and foster community policing partnerships. This year, the Montgomery Police Department along with the fire departments that provide service to all of our residents ,will be visiting the following stop locations throughout the area:

Montgomery Fire Department
6:00-6:25 pm                         Brentwood/Victoria
6:35-7:05 pm                          Main/Jefferson
7:10-7:35 pm                         James/Martin
7:40-8:10 pm                         Lincoln/Hartway
8:15-8:45 pm                         Hickory Ridge/Maple Ridge

Oswego Fire Department
6:00-6:30 pm                         Briarcliff/Red Fox Run
6:40-7:10 pm                         Blackberry Trail Park (off of Caliendo)
7:15-8:00 pm                         Lakewood Creek Elementary
8:05-8:35 pm                         Troon/Prescott

Sugar Grove Fire Department
6:30-8:00 pm                         Mc Dole Elementary School

Bristol-Kendall Fire Department
6:30-7:30 pm                         Gordon/Thomas
7:45-8:45 pm                         Concord/Hartfield

Aurora Township Fire Department
6:00-6:30 pm                         Oak Grove Mobile Homes
6:30-7:00 pm                         Oakland/Jackson

Please come out and meet your local police and fire personnel and engage with other members of our community!  Start planning now to make your stop location a memorable one.  Plan a cookout with neighbors, an ice cream social, a friendly game of frisbee—be creative!  It’s time to really communicate with each other and get to know our community!
