ABOUT TRUSTEE SPERLING
Trustee Sperling fell in love with the Seasons Ridge neighborhood and purchased her home there back in 2005. Since then, she’s enjoyed walking through the area, chatting with neighbors, and soaking in the sense of community. “I find the people in Montgomery to be some of the friendliest around. It’s such a comforting feeling to know we look out for each other. Montgomery truly feels like home.”
Before being elected as a Trustee in 2013, Trustee Sperling served on the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. She was re-elected as a Trustee in 2017, 2021, and again in 2025.
Among Trustee Sperling’s proudest accomplishments are co-founding the Montgomery Rotary Club alongside one of our wonderful residents and establishing the free pantry at Village Hall, which is now maintained by the Rotary Club.
“When I was first elected in 2013, the economy was still recovering, and we had unfinished subdivisions and a lot of empty commercial spaces,” Trustee Sperling reflects. “Since then, the Board has worked hard to make thoughtful, solid decisions that have led to steady, deliberate growth in the Village. I’m incredibly thankful for my colleagues and the Village staff—over the years, we’ve really worked as a team. That collaboration has allowed us to be proactive in our decision-making and has saved taxpayers money.”
